A celebration of life service for 96 year-old Joseph Edward Gowey will be held at 11:00 Wednesday at the Wayland Mennonite Church.A private burial will be held prior to the service at 9:30 at North Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 Tuesday at the Wayland Mennonite Chruch. Memorials have been established to the North Hill Cemetery or Hospice of Washington County.
