Winter is just around the corner, and a lot of you might be wondering how to protect your garden. David Reha, from Reha Greenhouses in Wellman, gave us some tips on how to prepare your roses for the cold. He says to cut them down part way around the first of November. Also, if the plants aren’t very resilient, he says to put down about a foot of mulch, whether if be peat moss or soil.
