The Super Conference has their conference cross country meet today. Teams are running in Keosauqua as Van Buren hosts the meet. On the boys side, Columbus Head Coach Mike Jay says his team is eying the team title and feels they have a good chance. On the girls side he says they hope to be in the top three. He knows Pekin is the defending state champs and they have another good squad this year. He also says they haven’t been able to beat the Wapello girls this season so it’ll be a challenge.
