A sixth grade student from Lincoln Elementary has been chosen to take part in a choir festival.  Makenna Burdock is one of 720 students taking part in four Opus Honor Choirs.  Her choir director, Julie Hill, submitted a recorded audition.

Burdock who is a member of Sunrise Singers will be performing in the choirs at 4:00, Thursday, November 17th in the C.Y. Stephens Auditorium in the Iowa State Center in Ames.
