The Washington track club is presenting the 5th annual Jingle Bell run on Friday, November 25th. Steve Roth with the Washington track club says that the 25th was picked to coincide with the Holiday lighted parade and the holiday spirit of the day in Washington. The event will kick off at Central Park on the square in Washington and make its way through Sunset Park and back to the square. You can register on facebook by searching for Jingle Bell run or Steve Roth, or at Bodywrx Fitness. You can also register the day of the event starting at 3:15 but those who register early receive a jingle bell and a t-shirt. Participants are encouraged to bring a canned food item to be donated to HACAP. Registration fee is $25 for those 11 and older and $10 for those 10 and under. The proceeds from the event will support the Washington Chamber of Commerce and sod work at Case Field. The Jingle Bell run will be Friday, November 25th at 4PM.
