Tonight is the unofficial tip-off for the boys’ basketball season as several area schools head to the Mid Prairie Jamboree. The festivities begin at 5:00 as Keota looks to improve on their sub-state final showing against Danville when they square off against Regina. IMS, fresh off a state tournament appearance last season, will face West Liberty at 8:45 followed by Washington and CC-Amana. Mid Prairie closes out the jamboree tonight against Highland. All the events tonight take place at Mid Prairie High School in Wellman.
