Washington High School is again taking part in an event to raise funds and celebrate the struggles and triumphs of children.  Cynthia Kennedy, Dance Marathon Sponsor says the Washington High School is having a dance marathon tonight which will feature a variety show and meal that are open to the public.  The dancing will begin at 7:00 and will run to midnight.

The dancing is for 7th to 12th graders only with non-stop dancing from 11:00 to midnight.  The funds raised from this event go toward pediatric cancer patients at the University of Iowa Hospital.
