The Washington County Extension is hosting an upcoming training program for commercial manure applicators.  Nancy Adrian with the Extension says the applicators who apply pesticide for a fee who wish to be certified again or to be certified for the first time are encouraged to come to this training.

She says the preferred deadline to sign up is Tuesday, January 3rd to make sure there are enough materials.

She says the workshop is free and will be taking place Thursday, January 5th from 9:00am to noon.  For more information, contact the Washington County Extension.
