Lil Perry, Washington County’s current Assessor, will be stepping down in February. The Conference Board met today at 11am to discuss her replacement. The new County Assessor will be Christy Tinnes. She has worked with the assessors office for 11 years. She will take over the duties of Lil Perry on March 1st of next year after Lil Perry steps down.
