The Iowa National Guard hosted a rededication ceremony for Field Maintenance Shop #12 in Fairfield.The facility renovated as part of a 1.9 million dollar project. New maintenance bays were added, including one with a 7.5 ton crane. Work was also done on the facility’s heating system, and the facility was given drive through capabilities.

The 134th Medical Company of Washington, the 34th Army Band of Fairfield, and the 3654th Maintenance Company of Knoxville, as well as others, will use these facilities. The rededication ceremony was this past Friday in Fairfield.
