The City Council of Columbus Junction will have their regular meeting tonight. They will be making various appointments including official banks and newspapers, the mayor pro-tem, and committee appointments. They will also be hearing a request from the Columbus Community Heritage Center and will discuss goal setting and a College Gear Up group. They will also hear the regular committee reports. There will be a time for public concerns to be addressed at this meeting. It takes place tonight at 5:30 in the New Civic Center.
