It was a tough night on the mats for Mid Prairie yesterday as they made up the double-dual that was snowed out last week against West Branch and Wilton, two of the tougher opponents in the area. Mid Prairie was outscored by West Branch 69-6 with Steven Jones (182) and Josh Murphy (106) picking up the lone decisions for the Hawks. Mid-Prairie fell 69-12 against Wilton. Omar Rivera posted the lone decision with a pin at 195. With the two losses, the Golden Hawks remain one win shy of tying the single-season school dual win record.
