The Kalona Chamber of Commerce is having a garage sale next week. They are asking for donations to be made to the sale. Katie Karnes, the organizer of the garage sale, says its a good time to get rid of things after the holidays. She says a lot of people donate items if they received a newer one over the holidays. They are also looking for volunteers to help with the cash register, and to help clean up afterward. The garage sale is January 13th and 14th from 10 am to 2 pm.
