Pamela Hesser, 50, of Lockridge Iowa is sentenced to 84 months in prison on charges of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine. She is also sentenced to 5 years supervision after her release, and must pay nearly $7,000 to the DEA for clean-up of various lab sites. The case was investigated by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the Washington Police Department, and the Washington/Louisa Drug Task Force among others.
