Celebration of Life services for 90 year old Billy E. Cnossen of Washington will be 1:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will begin at 3pm Monday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6-8pm. Burial with Military Honors conducted by the Washington American Legion Post 29 will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery. Memorials have been established for Senior Dining at the Washington Community Y. The Jones-Eden Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
