At 7:35 this morning an accident was reported in Washington.
The first driver, Dorothy Doris Porter of Washington was traveling east on East 7th Street and North 2nd Street and failed to stop at the intersection striking Robert Redlinger also of Washington.

Both drivers suffered minor injuries.  Both vehicles suffered severe damage.  Porter will be cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.

Those responding to the scene were the Washington Police Department, Washington Fire Department, Washington County Ambulance and Washington County Rescue.
