The annual meeting for the Southeast Iowa Agricultural Research Association is happening at the Johnson County Extension next month. ISU Extension Field Agronomist Jim Fawcett says the meeting will have a presentation on what is happening on ISU Extension research farms.  Other presentations will be given about current land values, how biofuels can benefit Iowa farmers and mid-season applications of urea corn.

Fawcett says everyone is invited to the annual meeting and five-year memberships can be purchased at the meeting.  Fawcett says membership benefits include updates on farm research results, invitations to the farm field days and a chance to participate in research activities.  The meeting is March 1st at 9:30 am at the Johnson County Extension office.
