An arraignment date has been set for two Washington residents arrested last month.  According to online court information, 50 year old David Butterbaugh Jr and 58 year old Timothy Kukowski, both of Washington will have an arraignment hearing related to charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine stemming from arrests made January 26th.

Both are being held in the Washington County Jail on a $100,000 bond.  The arraignment hearing has been set for 9:00 on February 17th.  KCII will follow this story and bring you more information when it becomes official.
