The city of Columbus Junction will have their council meeting tonight. They will hold a public hearing for the proposed city budget for 2012-2013. They will also hear committee reports from the Utilities, Public Safety, Finance, and Streets and Sidewalks Departments. At the end of the meeting they will hear the mayor’s report. There is a time for the public to address their concerns at the beginning of the meeting, which takes place at 5:30 in the New Civic Center.
