A conference related to food sustainability is coming up this week at Crooked Creek Christian Camp. The goal of this event is to bring people together to talk about issues of sustainability says Program Director Angela Widmer. Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee, Neal Eash will be speaking about moving toward more sustainable and restorative practices.
Widmer says farmers are invited to come and be challenged to work toward sustainability. The conference is happening this week on Friday, March 2nd and Saturday, March 3rd. To find out more, contact Crooked Creek Christian Camp.
