The City of Keota, after discussing the budget for 2012-2013 in closed meetings, has announced a public hearing for the proposed budget. The hearing will be held on March 13th at noon in Keota City Hall.
A potential Tax Abatement for Keota will also be discussed next month. Copies of the proposed budget can be found at the offices of the Mayor, City Clerk, and at the Library. All residents are encouraged to attend and will have an opportunity to make statements about the budget.
