The Washington Public Library is inviting the public to a special ceremony tonight.  Debbie Stanton with the library says this ceremony will consist of a presentation to celebrate becoming LEED certified.  Washington is the second library in the state to receive this Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification.

She says this certification is being given because of the way the library was built and designed.  This ceremony will begin at 5:30 tonight in the library and will consist of speeches and recognitions.
