Noontime piano concerts are returning to the Washington Public Library tomorrow.   Debbie Stanton with the Library says a group of elementary solo students will be performing under the direction of Don Hughes.  These students will also be performing in a festival later in the month.

Stanton says this concert will be one of two noon-time concert series taking place in February with the second one happening on Valentine’s Day.  The concert begins at 12:15 tomorrow in the second floor reading area of the library.
