The Washington Chamber of Commerce held their annual awards dinner last night and everyone in attendance heard from keynote speaker, Director of Iowa Economic Development Authority, Debi Durham. [simage=3094,400,n,center]
During the address, Durham spoke about the goals of Governor Branstad’s rural growth agenda.

The highlight of the evening was the awards presented by Main Street Washington and the Washington Chamber. The different awards were to highlight the different businesses and individuals hard work that was put in during the last year.
The dinner was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Washington.
