A celebration of life service for 81 year old Dale “Dude” A. Batterson of Washington will be held at 2:30 Monday at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington.  Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 Sunday and family visitation will be from 12:30 until service time on Monday.  Burial with full military honors by American Legion Post 29 will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery.  A general memorial fund has been established.  The Beatty Funeral Home in Washington is handling the arrangements.
