Washington County had a special arrival earlier this week.  A baby was born to Chelsey and Cody Lucas of Ollie on February 29th at Washington County Hospital and Clinics.  Blake Owen Lucas was born at 1:54 pm weighing in at seven pounds and one ounce and measured 20 and 1/2 inches long.

Chelsey says this is their first child and will most likely celebrate Blake’s birthday on March 1st when it’s not a leap year.  Congratulations to the parents on this happy occasion.
