Nomination papers for various county positions for the June 5th Primary Election are due today.  County Auditor Daniel Widmer says there are three seats on the Washington County Board of Supervisors, as well as the offices of County Auditor and County Sheriff on the ballot.  Widmer says all of these positions will serve four-year terms.  He says what is needed for those choosing to run for office.

The deadline for submission is 5:00 today in the County Auditor’s office.  For more information, contact Washington County Auditor Daniel Widmer.

The current incumbents for each position are:  Supervisor Jim Miksch in District 1, Supervisor Wes Rich in District 2 and Supervisor Adam Mangold in District 4.  Daniel Widmer is the current office holder for Auditor and Jerry Dunbar is the current Sheriff.
