The Kalona City Council will hold two public hearings regarding expansions to Stables Subdivision. Both hearings will be Monday night. The first hearing will deal with potential TIF financing for the subdivision. The city is considering TIF financing because of the increased tax revenue homes in the subdivision would generate. The second hearing will discuss the final construction plans for the subdivision. The public hearings will be held Monday, April 2^nd at 7pm.
