Record Highs Set This Week

The unseasonably warm weather in our area we have experienced this week caused several high temps to be tied or broken.

WeatherEye Meteorologist Mandy Thalhuber says these temperatures are typical of May instead of March.

She talks about the cause for these temps.

Washington tied the record high of 73 on Tuesday, set a new high of 79 on Wednesday and we reached 81 on Thursday.  So far this year we have had seven days where we have set a new record.
