The Mid-Prairie Home School Association has received a SMART Board from the Washington Hy-Vee.  A SMART Board is an interactive white board that uses touch detection for user input.Hy-Vee Store Director Chuck Underhill presented the SMART Board to the Association at Washington Township Elementary during a meeting yesterday morning.  Parent Angie Wasson from Wellman says how they were able to win.

Wasson says how her son Ashton will use the iPad he received.

Hy-Vee Store Director Chuck Underhill tells KCII News this is the second SMART Board donation given in the area.  The first went to St. James School in January of last year.
