Two Washington residents have been arrested based on information obtained from a warrant.  According to the Washington County Safety Center, a warrant was served at 1302 North 2nd Avenue, #6 in Washington. 20 year old Leanna Lynn Lough, who resides at the address, was taken into custody on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A second warrant was served against 22 year old Justin Kyle Lough, who lives at 515 South 2nd Avenue was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Both are being held in the Washington County jail on a $1300 cash bond.
