Main Street Washington is introducing again the Washington Incentive Fund.  Amy Vetter with Main Street says this fund is designed to encourage remodeling and repair work on commercial buildings within the Main Street District.  There are different grant opportunities available through a partnership with Washington County Riverboat Foundation ranging from building improvements to façade upgrades.

Vetter says there are also special Incentive Fund rates available through local financial institutions to provide low interest loans for these construction projects.  Look here for more information regarding the Washington Incentive Fund.
