IMS boys soccer defeated a solid Highland coed team 5-1 last night to improve to 5-0 this season.

Matt Libby did not waste any time, giving IMS a 1-0 lead in the opening minutes of the game with the help of Peyton Thompson, and five minutes later Libby set up a Tommy Rhodes header on a corner kick for a 2-0 lead.

Libby had the helper midway through the first half to make it 3-0 on a goal from Reggie Hostetler

Justin Boller made it 4-0 IMS in the second half before Highland was able to put one in the net in the final minutes of the game but Peyton Thompson answered in the final minute on an assist from Tommy Rhodes to cap the scoring at 5-1.

Next up for unbeaten IMS is 2nd-ranked Solon Saturday morning at 9:30.  The Huskies travel to Columbus Community Tuesday night.
