Mass of the resurrection for 27 year old Justin Matthew Letcher of Iowa City, formerly of Washington will be held at 11:00 Thursday at St. James Catholic Church.  Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 Wednesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00.  A prayer service will be conducted at 7:30 Wednesday.  A general memorial fund has been established.  The Jones-Eden Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
