The Mid-Prairie Boys golf team was in Cedar Valley conference triangular action Tuesday in West Branch. The Golden Hawks carded a team score 180, taking 3rd place in the event. The Bears won the meet on their home course with a team score 167, led by meet medalist Austin Finnegan’s 39. Tipton placed second with a 174 team score. Mid-Prairie was led by Wyatt Murphy’s 40 and Trever Owens with a 44. Mid-Prairie will next be in action Friday at the West Liberty Invitational.
