An accident in rural Washington County has sent the driver to the hospital.  According to the Iowa State Patrol, 29 year old Kellie Hanson was traveling southbound in the 2600 block of Gingko Avenue, lost control and entered the west ditch.  Her 2005 Nissan Sentra rolled several times and came to rest on its tires in the ditch.

Hanson was transported to Washington County Hospital and Clinics by Washington County Ambulance.  Others responding to the scene were the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol and Washington County Fire and Rescue.
