The Wellman City Council met last night and at their meeting they heard a request from two residents for livestock within city limits. Julie Groff and Pat Peiffer made the request and the council held a discussion of the issue. The council also discussed a public hearing for water debt refunding for an amount not to exceed one million dollars. The council also reviewed summer mowing and other routine maintenance for city parks. The meeting was last night at 7pm in the council chambers.
