A local organization is hoping to add members that are looking to help the community.  Secretary and Treasurer of the Community Chest of Washington, Roberta Lampkin says Community Chest is a group that provides funding for nonprofit organizations that acts in a similar way as the United Way does in a larger city.  The Community Chest has been helping nonprofits since 1947, and currently supports many different area organizations.
