In a story previously reported on KCII, a Butler County man has been convicted on charges of an incident last September in rural Kalona.  According to online court records, 22 year old Dallas Jay Miller from Aplington was convicted with burglary in the 1st Degree and Assault with the intent to commit Sexual Abuse.

The guilty verdict stems from a complaint that showed Miller entered a residence at 2245 500th Street SW in Kalona in the early morning hours of Thursday, September 8th armed with a rifle, camera and a roll of tape.

Miller is being held in the Johnson County Jail awaiting sentencing on June 18th.  KCII will bring you more information when it becomes official.
