The director of a Washington care facility that is being fined by the state of Iowa for allegedly failing to assist a patient who fell is sharing his side of the story. Director Jerry Rhodes describes the situation leading to the fines.

He says they are trying to defend themselves by an incident that was “blown out of proportion.”  Rhodes talks about what their next step is.

Rhodes says they are not here to hurt anyone, but they want to help the people get restored and back into the community.
