The Washington baseball team travel to Mediapolis tonight for a single game. The Demons have won two straight with their 13-3 home season opener against L-M and their second game of the double header 8-2, but the Demons will see a different team with Mediapolis as they won their first game against WMU 17-0 and their second game against Columbus 28-0. Head coach Nathan Miller said returning starters and coaching are to thank for the scores..

He added that senior leadership on that team also helped with their big wins, and that early in the season that will help win some big games.

Miller also added that he makes his team focus on themselves and not what the other team is doing or has done.

The Demons will start Jake Dickinson tonight, Miller said he will limit him to about 60 pitches on the evening before switching it up. The Demons are 2-1 on the season while Mediapolis is 2-0.
