Celebration of life services for 69 year old Deon Bender of rural Parnell will be held at 2:30 Thursday at the West Union Mennonite Church.  Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00 Wednesday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona.  Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery in rural Parnell.  The Peterseim Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
