The Washington County Master Gardeners is hosting a plant sale at the Washington County Fairgrounds later this month.  The location is the same as last year says Master Gardeners President Sheila Gerot because of more room that was needed for the sale.  Everyone coming can expect to see a number of perennials for sale, as well as other garden related items.

Gerot says there will not be many garden tools or décor available, but plants will be abundant.  There will also be Master Gardeners at the sale if buyers have any questions about what kind of plants to get for their garden.

Gerot says her one piece of advice for customers is to get out to the fairgrounds early.  The sale begins at 8:00 on the 19th and will continue until everything has been sold.
