A number of topics were covered during the Keota City Council meeting Monday night.  Heath McDonald owner of McDonald Boneyard was invited to the meeting to discuss a possible city cleanup. Heath told the council he could take any scrap metals or appliances, but he can’t take electronic equipment. The money made from these items would be donated back to the city to be used for park equipment.

The council will discuss how to handle the other materials and set a date at the upcoming council meeting.  Also at the meeting a time was set for the pool cleaning. It will be cleaned out on Sunday at 10 a.m., weather permitting.
