The Washington School Board is holding a special meeting tomorrow to discuss resolutions.  The first resolution will be toward directing the sale of 700-thousand dollars of a school equipment purchase note.  The second resolution will be to approve and authorize a purchase agreement for this purchase note.

Discussion and possible action will be taken regarding the approval of a tax exemption certificate as well.  This special meeting will be held at 12:00 tomorrow in the main School District office.
