Severe weather that made its way through southeast Iowa Thursday night has left more than 100 customers in the southeast portion of Washington County without power. Ryan Stensland, spokesperson for Alliant Energy, tells KCII news that crews are working in the area to get customers back online. Stensland says they are looking to get able customers online by the end of the night, those who did not receive a large amount of damage to their home or Alliant Energy equipment. KCII is monitoring this story and will bring you more information when it becomes official. The one to count on for severe weather coverage first, fast, and accurate is AM and FM KCII.
