The Washington Demons state golf team finished the tournament in Ames on Saturday in 6th place in the 3A finals, posting a 664 team score.

Senior Alex Thode finishes his Demon career with a two-day score of 156. Other notable scores from the Demons include Dillon de Perrot’s 167, senior Brock Kimball’s 168, and senior Jake Redlinger’s 177. This year’s 3A champion is Decorah High School with a score of 616.
