The Washington School Board met last night and besides hearing a construction update, they discussed items relating to next school year.  They approved extra blocks for two teachers.  These teachers will teach one class during one term.  The board also approved the administrator package for the next fiscal year.  The increase will be the same as was given to the teachers.

Discussion was held regarding an alternative agreement with Kirkwood Community College and their new location.  This agreement will be used until the new building is complete.

A presentation was given about a vocal trip as well.  This trip will be to Orlando, Florida over the Easter break next year.  The board will discuss further and make a decision on this trip at their next meeting.
