The Wellman City Council will be holding a regular meeting tomorrow. The meeting is to be held at the Wellman Municipal Building at 7pm. One of the meeting topics will be a public hearing regarding the principal amount of the water debt to refund. That amount isn’t to exceed $1,000,000.
There will also be a discussion involving ordinance No. 220, making it the second reading of the proposed water rate increase. There will also be decisions made concerning the Hoddy Miller tunnel in downtown.
