The Washington County Board of Supervisors discussed the fiscal year 2013 budget as part of their meeting yesterday.  They passed a resolution to authorize appropriations to the different departments as well as resolutions for the disbursements to different county funds including grants funds along with transfers between funds in the Secondary Roads Department.

The Supervisors also approved the wage increases based off union contracts and wage recommendations for county employees.

A road vacating plan was also approved.  This road is on 300th Street near Dogwood Avenue near McCain’s Access.  The vacated road will be returned to the property owner.
